Enterprise FAQs
How is Enterprise different from the other plans?
Enterprise adds ongoing support to your Reportei subscription, including a point of contact, a monthly meeting, training and an action plan. Report adjustments and any specific requirements are scoped in your proposal. Existing support and onboarding included in your subscription remain available.
How much does the Enterprise Plan cost?
Pricing depends on your business needs. After an initial conversation, we’ll prepare a proposal with clear deliverables, capacity and pricing.
Is implementation required?
Implementation is optional and purchased separately. It is also available for Starter, Pro and Premium customers. Onboarding already included in Premium remains available.
Does Enterprise include custom integrations?
Specific data and integration needs are assessed for feasibility and quoted according to scope. Sync and Connect may be considered in the proposal. API and MCP access follows the conditions of the plans where it is already available.
Can you help with IT and procurement requirements?
We can support your evaluation with documentation and answers about Reportei. Additional assessments or adaptations are reviewed and scoped separately when needed. Vendor approval depends on your company’s requirements.
Does ongoing support include marketing consulting?
Support focuses on using Reportei, reports and dashboards. The scope and available support hours are agreed in your proposal; marketing strategy consulting is not included.
Does Reportei replace our BI platform?
Reportei can complement your BI platform by giving your team more independence in everyday marketing reporting. We’ll discuss how it fits your workflow during the sales conversation.
